No appointment is necessary for most laboratory tests. Walk-ins are welcome during our operating hours (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday). However, for specialized tests that require specific preparation or timing, we recommend calling ahead.
Most routine tests are completed within 24 hours. Some specialized tests may take 2-3 days. Urgent tests can be processed within a few hours. We will inform you of the expected turnaround time when you submit your samples.
Fasting is typically required for glucose and lipid profiles. You should fast for 8-12 hours (water is allowed) before these tests. For most other tests, fasting is not necessary. Your doctor will provide specific instructions based on the tests ordered.
You can collect your results in person from our laboratory, or we can email them to you securely. For privacy reasons, we do not give results over the phone unless previously arranged. Your doctor will also receive a copy of your results for interpretation and follow-up.
